Wait times can range from a few minutes to an hour or more on holidays. Feel free to call ahead to check on our available rentals.

No experience is needed to rent any of our boats. We will give you an overview of how to safely operate the boat before you leave the dock.
Are there any restricted areas on the lake?
There are a few places that we do not allow our customers to take motorized boats. This is to protect the motor from hitting any shallow areas. We will explain the restricted areas before you leave the dock.
Do you sell any fishing bait or fishing equipment?
We sell night crawlers by the dozen. We do not have any other kind of bait or fishing gear.
Do you sell your boats at the end of the season?
No we do not.
Do I need a fishing license to fish at Moraine State Park?
Moraine State Park and Lake Arthur is state owned. By law, anyone age 16 and over fishing in public water is required to have a visible fishing license on them. We do not sell licenses at Crescent Bay, but you can get one at most sporting good stores.
What happens if the boat is damaged during rental?
Safety is our number one concern for our customers, equipment, and others on the lake. For this reason, we are very specific about where our customers can and cannot go while renting our boats. Prior to undocking, our crew will explain both the lake boundaries and operational safety measures in detail.
If one or more of our boats become damaged during rental, the customer may be responsible for the damage. The most common types of damage caused to our boats are broken propellers from traveling too close to shore and, in rare cases, damaged lower units. Broken propellers and lower units will incur a repair fee in addition to the rental fee. More details can be found on our price list.
What happens if the boat becomes stranded?
In the unlikely event that your rental boat is unable to navigate back to our docks, we will provide towing and/or transfer you to a new boat. You can alert us of any issues by calling our office at (724) 368-9955.
Do you provide private towing services?
We provide a towing service for private vessels at a minimum of $80. Towing fees can vary based on several factors, call our office at (724) 368-9955 for details.
